Parking

Parking will be near to the start line, marshals will direct you on arrival. A suggested donation of £2 for parking to support Laura's Legacy. Donation buckets will be at registration.

Baggage

We recommend leaving any baggage in your car but there will be an unattended bag drop area if required.

Cycling to the event?

We will have bike racking available if you are cycling to the event.

What to Bring:

  • Cross Country running legs - but not your brand new Black Friday shoes!

  • Warm clothes for pre-and post race (you might also want a change of shoes).

  • Re-usable mug (for mulled wine)...a cup, not a jug!!

  • Money (Cash/card/Apple pay/Google pay - we take anything!) as we will have some great local vendors on site

  • Dogs on short leads welcome

  • YOUR BEST CHEERY SELF

Timings

09:00 - Registration opens
09:30 - Recommend latest arrival time

09.40 - Half Marathon briefng
09:50 - Full Race briefing

10:00 - 10km runners start
10:10 - 10 mile and Half Marathon runners start

12:30 - Cut off time for 10km & 10 mile
13:00 - Cut off time for Half Marathon

Post event goodies

The following will be onsite for you to earn:

  • Mulled wine and Mince Pies for all finishers
  • TC Event Catering serving hot drinks, bacon butties and other pre and post race delights.
  • Mysterious Brewing  - will be selling a special beer, brewed just for us at Mapledurham!
  • A medal to treasure.

Photos will be available via our FlickR page here within 24 hours of the event finishing thanks to Chris Drew.

Shortly after the race you will receive your iTAB, engraved with your name and finish time in the post. This simply affixes into the recess on the back of your specially designed medal to commemorate your achievement for years to come!

There is 1 water station on the course (at approximately halfway for all distances); if you are able to bring your own refillable water bottle it would be appreciated as we are trying to reduce our single use plastic waste. There will also be plenty of water at the finish line.
